1.1 Product Overview

SCT1-86E-RS is a newly launched speed and torque regulating closed-loop stepper driver with 485 control, integrating MODBUS-RTU standard protocol specifications. Users can set various parameters such as speed value, torque level value, speed mode, relative position mode, etc. through the upper computer debugging software, greatly enriching the practical functions of the product and meeting the application needs of most occasions.

The panel is equipped with a 4-digit digital display, which can display the set speed and torque values. Users can adjust speed and torque values through knobs, as well as through 485 communication commands; It can be controlled by the switch on the panel to start and stop the motor, or by sending a start command through 485 communication.

The power supply voltage range of the driver is DC24V~70V, mainly matching the closed-loop motor of the 86 base, but it can also drive the closed-loop motor of the 42~60 base.

New generation 32-bit DSP technology with excellent stability, strong compatibility, and high cost-effectiveness

Adopting RS485 bus with isolation, supporting standard MODBUS-RTU protocol

● Supports speed mode, relative position mode JOG+、JOG-

The default communication address for the driver is 0x01, and more addresses can be set through 485 communication or through the function knobs on the panel

● Can adapt to closed-loop motors with 42-86 bases, mainly matching closed-loop motors with 86 bases

Equipped with a 4-digit digital display for speed and torque level values

● The speed value and torque level value can be adjusted through the knob

It can be controlled to start and stop by using the 3-speed 3-pin switch on the panel, or by sending a start command through 485 communication to control the motor to rotate forward, reverse, or stop

Low vibration and low noise

● Equipped with overvoltage, undervoltage and other alarm protection functions
